Guidelines for authors
The paper should include title, abstract (ideally up to 150 words) and keywords. It should contain around 7000-8000 words – 25 pages maximum including references and 1.5 spacing. Please submit in .doc or .pdf format to mizak@lincoln.ac.uk, not later than May 15th 2013.
Presentations
Each paper will be allocated with 30 minutes slot and each session will contain 3 slots. We will have four sessions with two streams running simultaneously. We anticipate 15 minute presentations (in some cases we may extend to 20 minutes, but that will leave less time for discussion) will be followed by 10-15 minute discussion. PowerPoint facilities are available, should you need them. Presenters should aim to delineate only the main points of their papers (rather than discuss them in detail) and their contribution(s). Presenters are also encouraged to cross-reference with the other papers in their session as well as other sessions to stimulate discussion. Papers sent by contributors will be available online to the registered delegates at least 3 weeks prior to conference (the platform with the password protected access will be available).
Keynote session will take place at the end of the first day (13.06.) between 5:30-7pm and will be followed by a dinner in the local restaurant (cost included in the registration fee).
Further details will be available in March.
